Rooms not so neat i booked 2 rooms first they given rooms in different area after talk to reception they changed

Our room smelled of cigarettes when we checked in. The bathroom smelled bad and there was no toilet paper either.

The stay and rooms were really good. Absolutely loved the food, especially the breakfast. The rooms were very neat and clean. Looking forward to visit soon.

No wifi, food was not ok. Room was ok. Several times we complained, but no wifi for two days. I don't recommend unless and until food and wifi get rectified.

Hotel room is very good but the staff and manager behavior is very bad why because first time i have. Another side good example room hotel atmosphere excellent.

I drove for business meeting all the way from bengaluru, checkin process was good, room was neat and spacious, after relaxing for some time my client came and to my surprise he was not allowed to my room, i went down personally and reception staff argued with me that no visitors will be allowed to the room as it’s management decision, i explained need of privacy and had presentations to make and can’t sit in restaurants or puny lobby and i am willing to speak to their management to explain, however. To my disappointment they explained local goons broke hotel property in past and the place is politically volatile and hence no visitors are allowed since then, after 8hours drive my purpose of visit was defeated and i found work around by booking additional room for my visitor, and exact opposite of what you expect from f&b industry and hence i would suggest business travellers to give this place a skip.

Nice neat and clean room overall value for money. Staff very cordial. Good parking space, very quiet area.
